The additional evaluation options help increase what you know about the use and condition of your devices, improve the planning of service activities, form the basis for optimizing the utilisation of your fleet and increase the efficiency of all your activities.

The integrated button and a practical LED enable you to check the status of your power tool by pressing a button directly on the tool, enabling you to see immediately whether maintenance is due or if an error is occurring. This prevents device failure at the point of use and also makes you less dependent on your smartphone. The button can also be used to check for issues such as a blunt blade during use, which can be linked with further information in the STIHL connected app and viewed by colleagues in the workshop before the device is brought back in the evening.

The STIHL Smart Connector 2A can be installed quickly and easily in the intended position in the tool housing. This uncomplicated installation results in substantial time savings, especially with large tool fleets.

Power is reliably supplied by a high-performance button cell battery, while additional energy is provided by the battery during operation.

The Smart Connector 2 A can only be used with selected STIHL professional cordless products such as the STIHL FSA 135 cordless electricbrushcutter, the STIHL KMA 135 cordless KombiEngine, the STIHL HLA 135 cordless hedge trimmer and the STIHL HTA 135 cordless pole pruner.
