Refund Policy - Oakley's Garden Machinery

Machines and accessories 

Will are able to offer a full refund as long as we have not incurred any costs associated with ordering, building or delivering your machine.  

Once delivered, we can only offer a full refund (including carriage) If we have either sent the incorrect product or part, or if we have sent a machine that has clearly been built incorrectly by our technicians. 

If in the unlikely event that you regret your purchase and wish to return an item, then we will be able to do so but only after paying a handling fee and carriage costs. Of which depend on the nature of the product.

The machine must never have been used and must be returned within 30 days of purchase. 



Spare parts 

We will offer a full refund if we either send the wrong part, or if the correct part that we sent arrives damaged. The incorrect / or damaged part must be returned to us before it can be replaced or refunded.

Parts that are on back order with our suppliers can be cancelled and refunded in full at anytime. 

Once the part has arrived at Oakleys and has been despatched, a handling charge of 20% would be applicable on parts that we are unable to return.  

If the part you have ordered is not in stock and faces a delay from our suppliers, then we will give you the option to cancel the order. In this situation, if you choose to cancel your order before we request the part from our suppliers, will offer you a full and immediate refund.    


In most situations we would be unable to offer a refund for any items (including parts) that have been ordered incorrectly by the customer. But if in the unlikely event that we are able to take back the part into our stock, a carriage and 20% handling charge will be applied.
