Spare Parts Policy

Parts that have not yet arrived
Parts that are on back order with our suppliers can be cancelled and refunded in full at any time.

Parts ordered incorrectly
Parts must be returned within 28 working days of receiving the item.

A 20% handling charge may apply to parts that we are unable to return to the manufacturer.

The customer is responsible for returning the item to us. Please note that we are unable to refund the original outgoing postage cost.

Incorrect or damaged parts
We will offer a full refund if we send the wrong part, or if the correct part arrives damaged. The incorrect or damaged part must be returned to us before it can be replaced or refunded.
