Your new machine develops a fault within the warranty period
If we have supplied you with a machine that is faulty, then you must report this to us ASAP. Please do not attempt to fix it yourself. Otherwise you may risk invalidating the warranty.
To carry out a warranty claim please bring or send the machine back to us. You will be responsible for arranging and paying for this process, but you will be reimbursed after our engineers are satisfied that it is a warranty issue and not down to user error. If on the other hand we believe that the fault is down to user error then the customer must pay for all carriage and repair costs.
In some cases, where the customer’s geographical location happens to be too far to make returning the product financially unviable, we will sometimes suggest that the customer takes their faulty machine to their nearest service dealer who is licenced to offer warranty for that machine.
Whatever the situation, we will do our utmost to get your machine up and running as quickly as possible.
