Your new mower will have a tough life. And if it’s not new… it would have had a tough life already! And it is therefore our responsibility to help you as much as possible to prolong its life, by offering the care that it needs.
So… once a year it is important that you give it a break and have it serviced and inspected by one of our qualified engineers.  
As we are an authorised dealer, by having your mower serviced with us, not only will your mower be seen by trained and experienced technicians, but also (as importantly) in most cases you will be maintaining your manufacturer's warranty.
3 Year Service Deal  By committing to us for 3 years, we will collect and deliver your mower back to you for free, as well as also offering you a discount. But if you change your mind you can always cancel your contract with us at any time (conditions apply).

  1. Choose either a single service or our 3 year service deal. 
  2. At Checkout choose whether you want us to collect and deliver back your machine from and to your home address, or to drop it off  and collect it back yourself (FOC).  
  3. Pay for the service that you require.
  4. Wait for our friendly service team to get in touch.

What’s included in this professional service:

(For walk behind mowers only) 

 

 

1. A really good clean (inside and out) 

2. We will supply and fit a fresh new spark plug 

 

3. New / fresh engine oil 

4. The air filter being cleaned of any debris 

5. The blade being sharpened and rebalanced 

6. Any belts checked and adjusted 


And.... A full, thorough and professional inspection. With any defects being  reported to the customer along with a free quote for repair.

Please note:
Free collection and delivery…
-   Not guaranteed to be available during February, March and April (when we are at our busiest)
-   Has geographical restrictions (no more than 25 miles from our depot near Cressage)
-   We will require some flexibility when arranging a time and date for collecting and delivering your machine. 
 
When to have your mower serviced – Worth planning ahead!
We are able to service your machine at any time. Yet we work hard to encourage our customers to have their mower serviced during the winter period when the grass isn’t growing and when we are not overwhelmed with work. As parts can sometimes take weeks to arrive, we therefore ask all our customers to try and get their machines into our workshop before Christmas at the latest.
